Today we met in the lobby at 6 a.m. for a much need cappuccino. From there we walked before sunrise through the local neighbourhood streets where I captured some interior images that seemed best suited to be rendered in black and white.

We arrived in Havana this afternoon. The big attraction for me right now is the old vintage cars but the one image I liked the most was captured at a restaurant near our Hotel Parque Centrale.

This photo was taken in September of 2014 when I joined Arthur Meyerson and Keron Psillas for a two week photography tour in Portugal. We attended a traditional bullfight at the Campo Pequeno in Lisbon and it was a wonderful experience.

This is one of my favourite images with the misty sunrise light at Vanier Park near my home at Kits Point. The cyclist is so typical of that area and I love the counterpoint of the small black bird on the grass.

This image is part of a series I did in the spring of 2013 when travelling near Winslow and Holbrook, Arizona with a Photography Group from Scottsdale.
