My mission this morning was to walk to the Kunsthaus, Zurich-The Museum for Modern Art. I was second to enter and immediately swept past the Reformation art to the collection of work by Alberto Giacometti and on to view work by Monet, Picasso, Marc Chagall, Paul Klee and many other renown artists. From there I walked to the Fraumunster Church close to my hotel to see the large stained glass windows designed by Marc Chagall and installed in 1970. There is also a very tall panel of stained glass finished by Augusto Giacometti. I had lunch once more at the same Italian restaurant within two blocks of my hotel.
